Role Overview
ACT is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Salesperson to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by developing new business opportunities, managing strategic accounts, and fostering long-term relationships with key clients, including insurance carriers, adjusting firms, and contractors. The ideal candidate will combine their industry knowledge with exceptional sales acumen to effectively communicate the value of ACT's innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Business Development: Proactively identify and target prospective clients in the insurance and restoration industries to expand ACT’s market presence.

• Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise-level clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

• Consultative Selling: Utilize a deep understanding of ACT's products, services, and the insurance claims process to offer tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.

• Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including customer support and product development, to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.

Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide clients with informed, value-driven recommendations.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in CRM tools.
Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in enterprise sales. Experience in the insurance, construction, or claims technology sectors is preferred.

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with claims processing, insurance adjusting, or restoration contracting is highly desirable.

• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Adept at translating technical features into tangible client benefits.

• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems and presenting digital tools and reports. Knowledge of platforms like Xactimate is a plus.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
