Terms of Service

This policy provides terms of service between Advanced Claims Technologies, ACT, and you, our Customer. Payment Terms Payment for ACT services is due at time of order.  Additional expenses may be incurred if the sketch includes such things as additional facets or number of squares.  

Additional expenses are charged to your card on file and may be charged per sketch or summarized for multiple sketches and charged no later than end of month.  At time of sketch delivery, the ACT Sketcher will include in the email the reasons for the additional sketch charges.

Payment Disputes

Payment disputes may be addressed by emailing admin@act.claims.  

Failure to meet Delivery Service Level Agreement

If ACT fails to deliver your order within the service level purchased at time of order, ACT will refund 50% of your order charge upon request.  If the order was an Express Delivery order, ACT will also refund the Express Delivery charge upon request.
